That’s why we bring the entire team together for weekly all-hands meetings and quarterly kick-offs to share all of our key metrics and milestones; candid feedback from readers, publishers, and authors; and product plans and strategy.

We’re driven — but we believe that achieving our vision is a marathon, not a sprint! That’s why we focus on long-term impact when designing goals, plans, and projects, and tie all our work back to our overarching vision. We’re also intentional about pacing ourselves so that our work doesn’t need to come at the expense of our well-being.
