If your book is not discounted to your planned deal price at a certain retailer by 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time that day, it will be sent to any retailers where the deal is available. If the book is discounted to free unexpectedly (free was not your planned deal price) we will exclude the region where the book is free, even if it's only free on one retailer. We will let you know which retailers have been excluded, but we are unable to grant refunds or reschedule your promotion.
If your book is not discounted to your planned deal price at any retailers by 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time that day, the deal will not be included in the BookBub email. You will not receive a refund and we are unfortunately unable to reschedule your promotion.
If you ask us about rescheduling 7+ days before your scheduled feature, we will try to find an alternate date pending availability.
If you ask us about rescheduling less than 7 days before your feature, we are not able to reschedule or refund you, but you are welcome to resubmit for another date at least one month down the road.
To receive a full refund of your order, please alert us to cancellations at least 7 days before your feature is scheduled to run.
We are not able to guarantee refunds if you cancel your order less than 7 days before your feature is scheduled to run.
Your book should remain discounted THROUGH 11:59 p.m. on the end date we confirm with you. This policy is in place because when deals expire early, we receive complaints from subscribers who inadvertently purchased the book for full price.
If a partner expires a deal early with us more than once, we unfortunately will not be able to continue working with them. Please let us know in advance of the promotion if you need to adjust the end date.
