What are the policies for New Releases For Less?

It is your responsibility to ensure that we have an accurate cover image and retailer links for your new ebook within 7 days of your New Releases for Less email date. Please notify us at [email protected] as soon as possible if any details of your featured book change.

You may submit books to our editorial team up to six months in advance of the release date. If your book is selected and you confirm your New Releases for Less feature more than 30 days in advance of your release date, we will email you one month in advance of your selected book’s release date to confirm the final cost of the promotion. Should you no longer wish to move forward with the New Releases for Less promotion at that time, you will have one week to cancel the feature at no cost.

Please also note the following policies around feature changes and rescheduling:

• If your ebook’s release date changes and you have a New Release for Less feature scheduled, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that we aren’t able to guarantee another schedule spot will be available for your ebook, and we aren’t able to guarantee a refund once you’ve paid the feature fee.

• If you confirm your New Releases for Less feature within 30 days of your release date, we cannot guarantee refunds for any cancellations that occur after you confirm the promotion. You must notify us if your ebook price changes from the confirmed price on your promotion details page. If your book price is raised above the confirmed price, we may no longer be able to feature your book, and we cannot guarantee a refund or the ability to reschedule for a later date.

• If your ebook is not available for purchase on one or more of your retailers on the day of your New Releases for Less feature, we will proceed with your feature and include only the available retailer links.

• If your ebook is not available for purchase on any retailers on the day of your New Releases for Less feature, we will not be able to send it to our members, and we cannot guarantee a refund or the ability to reschedule for a later date.
