What are BookBub’s Preorder Alert policies?

• Partners can schedule a Preorder Alert to be sent to an author’s subscribed followers on any date before the books’ release date. Alerts may be scheduled between seven days and one year in advance of the release date.

• An author must have at least 1,000 total followers for their books to be eligible for Preorder Alerts.

• Partners can schedule up to two alerts per title. We require a minimum of 7 days between Preorder Alerts for the same title.

• You are responsible for ensuring that we have the correct book details (book cover, description, and retailer links) for your alert. If you make any changes to the book details after scheduling an alert for a title, contact us to make changes to your Preorder Alert. We cannot guarantee that book data requests submitted via the Partner Dashboard will be carried over to your Preorder Alert in time.

• Partners cannot use their own affiliate links or redirects for Preorder Alert emails.
