Who We Are

BookBub is one of the fastest-growing consumer tech startups in Boston  — and we're profitable. Millions of readers use BookBub every day to discover great books, and our service helps thousands of leading publishers and authors drive sales and find new fans. We're constantly growing our team to launch new consumer-facing book discovery features, tools for authors and publishers, and other web and mobile products that address the digital transition of the publishing industry.

About the Rotational Program

The BookBub rotational program is a highly selective 12-month training and development program open to undergraduate members of the Class of 2019. The program exposes talented college graduates from any academic discipline to varied roles at BookBub, a rapidly growing technology and publishing startup based in Cambridge, MA. Rotational associates gain both training and significant hands-on experience during the year, and are matched with non-rotational roles at BookBub after the 12-month program.

Applicants will be placed in three to four BookBub areas during the course of their rotations, which will be determined based on their interests and experience. Those areas are listed below:

Data Analytics


Content and Editorial



People Operations

Product Management

What We’re Looking For

We expect top candidates to come from diverse academic backgrounds, and to be:

  • An undergraduate member of the Class of 2019 who has demonstrated excellence in academic or extracurricular work
  • Curious about software, technology, the web, and publishing
  • Intellectually curious and willing to learn
  • An analytical problem solver
  • Someone who exhibits strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Someone with leadership potential


We are currently accepting applications for the fall of 2019. Offers will be given on a rolling basis through the winter of 2018.
